<br />Solutions to provide which is not specified in the DESCRIPTION Section of this <br />agreement will be considered an additional service. <br /> <br />CANCELLATION: In the event that Services. as dictated in the contract, are not. <br />satisfactory~ the Client shall notitY Premier Property Solutions of "Failure to <br />Perfonn". If corrective action is not completed to the satisfaction of the Client, the client <br />may choose to terminate services with a 30 day written notice. The Client shall assume <br />respo~ibility for aU collection oflega! fees necessitated by default in payment. <br /> <br />RESPONSmlL1'IY FOR DAMAGES: Any damage to property caused by contractor's <br />negligence shall be contractor's responsibility. Damages shall be reported to contractor <br />within IS days of discovery in order to ensure timely repair.
