<br />6-17-2oo9 <br /> <br />Chief James Way and Ramsey City Council, <br /> <br />TRG Snow & Lawn Care llC appreciates the opportunity to submit a proposal for Mowing Abatement Services for the <br />City of Ramsey_ My name is Todd Greig and I'm the owner and operator of TRG Snow & Lawn Care LLC, but don't let the <br />size of my company fool you. I'm capable of handlfng anything the City of Ramsey can throw at me In regards to lawn <br />mowing and care. If the work load can substantiate it, I have two people that bring another tHO years of landscaping <br />experience who'are able to start working for me tomorrow. I do not Want to grow any larger than that, because my <br />current customers have come to apprectate that I service every lawn personally as If It's my own. With my current <br />customer base,' have three days a week plus Saturday (no extra charge for Saturday or Sunday) that are open to handle <br />work orders from the City of Ramsev. <br /> <br />What TRG can provide for the CIty of Ramsey is an excellent product I service, prompt response, and full <br />, accountability for the work we do. Our billing will be on time, accurate, and submitted in the format you require. TRG <br />will also submit pictures, before and after, with all their bllflngso the CIty of Ramsey knows the work Is getting. It also <br />lets you know the type of work we do. TRG will also go one steP further than required and commit that aU jobs will be <br />done within seven days of being'requested.The only exclusions would be weather, lack of access, or occupant <br />confrontation. In additlon~ TRG wID also commit to the proposed rate fOr three years. I have been providing lawn care <br />and snow plowing for reaftor's foreclosed propertIes since the market's decline. When I arrive at a property that has <br />been neglected; I know ,how to approach it and let It done quickly and efficiently. <br /> <br />TRG is licensed in the state of Minnesota and carries all the Insurance that Is requlred~ My !=edeml fD and Minnesota <br />Tax 10 along with my Insurance coverage can be submitted to the CIty of Ramsey upon awarding. I don't carry worker's <br />compo Insurance because I'm an owner I employee. If the work load demands I bring on one or two employees, I will <br />obtain worker's compo and unemployment Insurance as required by law and forward all documentation to you. I'm not <br />, looking to get rich and retire frQmon~ account. My goal Is to make a little prOfit,. provide a grut service, and build a <br />mutual benefiting relationsl)fp with all my accounts.
