<br />CASE #~ <br /> <br />ADOPT PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, SECTION <br />5.07 ENTITLED FIREARMS <br />By Jim Way, Police Chief <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the 2009 Strategic Planning Session, Council members indicated a desire to review the <br />Ramsey Firearms Ordinance 5.07. It appeared that there was a consensus to make the ordinance <br />less restrictive than it currently was. At a Council Work Session on 5-26-09, changes to the <br />ordinance were discussed.
