Case #7: Consider Approval of Construction Plan for Improvement Project 06-20-, <br />-r. Armstrong Boulevard <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson stated that a meeting was held with residents on September 17, <br />2008 to get their feedback on the plan. He reviewed some of the discussion points from those <br />meetings. . He stated that there are three options for the Council to consider, the fitst option <br />would be to approve the plan as proposed and construct in 2009. He reviewed the advantages <br />and disadvantages of this option. He stated that the second option would be to continue with <br />land acquisition and delay construction until 2010, atthe earliest.
