<br />Councilmember <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-07-XXX <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 08-29, <br />ALPINE PARK W A TERMAIN LOOP <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 12,2008 theRamsey City Council authorized the solicitation of <br />bids from plans prepared by City staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bid for Improvement Project 08-29, <br />Alpine Park Watermain Loop, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following is a summary of the bids that were received: <br /> <br />Contractor <br /> <br /> <br />Total Bid <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with XXX for Improvement Project 08-29, Alpine Park Watermain Loop in the <br />amount of $XXX; and <br /> <br />2) That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the <br />deposits made with their bids. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-07-XXX <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
