<br />Consent # 1a <br /> <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION EST ^BLISHING THE RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />STEERING COMMITTEE <br />By: Heidi A. Nelson, Deputy City Administrator/Director of Community <br />Development <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />During the June 30, 2009 work session, Council discussed establishing a Ramsey Town <br />Center Steering Committee. There was support expressed and Council directed staff to <br />bring forward a resolution formally establishing the Committee. <br /> <br />It was determined the Committee would be comprised of five to seven members <br />consisting of Council (not more than 3), EDA (not more than 2) and up to two members <br />of the public - residents and/or business owners. Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey and <br />Wise offered to serve on the Committee and Council suggested EDA Members John <br />LeTourneau and Kristine Williams be asked to serve as well.
