<br />Working with the Upper Rum River WMO and Anoka Conservation District on Rogers Lake being <br />classified as impaired will begin in 2010. This will include the identification of nutrient sources and <br />preparation of an implementation plan to address the problem. <br /> <br />Work on assessing issues associated with the Anoka Dam will begin in 2010. The WMO will <br />coordinate the discussions with the member municipalities in determining corrective measures that <br />may be necessary and the financial responsibility for the corrective measures. <br /> <br />Enforcement <br /> <br />Subpart 4. Enforcement. Each organization plan must identify the procedure to be <br />followed to enforce violations of the controls of the organization as well as those of the <br />local unit of government. <br /> <br />Enforcement of the plan shall be consistent with 8410 and the provisions of the Joint Powers <br />Agreement dated September 5, 1995 including subsequent amendments, December 6,2007. <br /> <br />Administration Process <br /> <br />Subpart 6.
