Infiltration Basins <br />Inspection of the facilities after a 1-inch rainfall to ensure that the basins are functioning as designed. <br />If necessary, maintenance as necessary to ensure the basin is functioning properly. <br />Storm Sewer and Culvert Inspection <br />Regular or routine inspection of pipes that have a history of sedimentation problems. Maintenance <br />should be performed on an as -needed basis as required by municipal stormwater pollution prevention <br />plans. <br />Potential Structural Solutions to Problems <br />Subpart 7. Potential Structural Solutions to problems. <br />A. Each plan that documents existing water management problems that cannot be <br />resolved by preventative actions shall investigate the. feasibility of implementing <br />structural solutions that would remediate or resolve each problem. <br />B. For each structural solution proposed, each plan shall provide a cost estimate and a <br />recommendation as to how it should be funded. <br />C. Each potential structural solution identified under this part shall be assigned <br />priorities. In assigning priorities, consideration shall be given to regional and state <br />plans in conjunction with the organization's goals, policies, and problems identified in <br />Parts 8410.0080 and 8410.0090. <br />SA: MS s 103B.101; 103B.211; 103B.231; 103B.227 <br />HIST: 17 SR 146 <br />Action Plan Approach <br />Resolution of water management problems is the responsibility of the municipalities. The WMO will <br />assist in resolution of problems that cross municipal boundaries. The following management stages <br />will be overseen by the LRRWMO. <br />• The WMO will actively work with Sherburne County, the Upper Rum River WMO, and the <br />cities of Andover and Ramsey to establish a consistent means for addressing water <br />resources related issues in the northern portion of the watershed. <br />• The WMO will work with the member municipalities in the maintenance and control of the <br />Rum River Dam.
