Attachment D <br />Councilmember moved for the adoption of the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION #09-07- <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE OPERATION OF <br />RADIO CONTROLLED MODEL AIRCRAFT <br />WHEREAS, North West Radio Control Club (NWRC), hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant", has properly applied ,for an Interim Use Permit to allow the operation of model, <br />radio controlled aircraft on the subject property generally known as 8846 Highway 10 NW, <br />legally described as: <br />That part of Government Lot 1 lying southerly of Trunk Highway No. 10 and 169 <br />and lying easterly of a line parallel with and 200 feet easterly of (as measured at <br />right angles) easterly right of way line of Bowers Drive; subject to easement of <br />record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />and <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter lying southwesterly <br />of southwesterly right of way line of Trunk Highway No. 10 and 169; subject to <br />easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />and <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; subject to easement of record, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />and <br />Government Lot 2, Section 30, Township 32, Range 25, except that part of said <br />Government Lot lying westerly of a line parallel with and 200 feet easterly of east <br />line of Bowers Mississippi Acres, subject to easement of record, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br />and <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter lying northeasterly of <br />northeasterly line of Bowers Drive NW; subject to record of easement, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"). <br />
