CASE # 3 <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE DECLARING LAND AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK. <br />THIRD ADDITION <br />By: Sean M. Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Background: <br />On July 14t` the City Council introduced an ordinance to declare Lot 3, Block 1, Sunfish Lake <br />Business Park Third Addition as surplus property and to authorize its sale. Drainage and utility <br />easements to the City of Ramsey and an access easement to monitoring wells in favor of the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) that will be defined at the time of sale will be <br />reserved.
