ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />On Monday, June 1, 2009, the Environmental Policy Board (EPB) met in the Trott Brook <br />Conference Room at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Acting Chairperson Michael Max <br />Board Member Bob Bentz <br />Board Member John Enstrom (arrived 6:42pm) <br />Board Member Thomas Stodola <br />Board Member Kathleen Riley -Daniels <br />Board Member Trent Hassett <br />Board Member John Freeburg <br />Also Present: Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />Assistant City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Chairperson Max called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Board Member Stodola and seconded by Board Member Freeburg to approve the <br />agenda as submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Max, Board Members Bentz, Riley -Daniels, <br />Hassett, Freeburg and Stodola. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Enstrom. <br />APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD MINUTES <br />Board Member Hassett pointed out the misspelling of his last name. <br />Acting Chairperson Max distributed an email exchange he had with City Administrator Ulrich <br />regarding the 2009 Environmental Expo & Tree Sale. He wanted to compliment Environmental <br />Coordinator Anderson again on the success of the event and thought it appropriate to express that <br />to the City Administrator.
