There was discussion among the commissioners regarding the districts <br />where heliports should be allowed. <br />Motion by Vice Chair Levine, seconded by Commissioner Hunt to approve the proposed <br />amendments to heliports to allow in the Town Center Sub -Districts 1, 2, & 3; and proposed <br />amendments to conditional use standards in the appropriate districts. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chair Levine, Commissioners Cleveland, Dunaway, Hunt, <br />and Rogers. Voting No: Commissioner Van Scoy. Absent: Chairperson Nixt <br />Vice Chair Levine requested that Staff work with Commissioner Van Scoy on the questions he <br />has and summarize for the Commissioners so they can feel more comfortable. <br />Case #6: Zoning Bulletin <br />The Zoning Bulletin was noted <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />Commissioners will set the July meeting for July 9, 2009 if a quorum is determined via email. <br />Commissioner Cleveland questioned the policy on attendance when meeting dates are changed or <br />special meetings are called. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Vice Chair Levine, seconded by Commissioner Cleveland, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion Carried.
