Attachment C <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #09-08- <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR SERVICE ON THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 6830 150Tn - LN NW NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #09-08 adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the home occupation permit. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA) as follows: <br />On August 25, 2009 a home occupation permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Anatoliy and Zinaida Loginov ("Permitee") to operate a motor vehicle repair service <br />located on the property generally known as 6830 1.50th Ln NW and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 4, Block 3, Peltzer Addition, Subject to Easement as Shown On Plat <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: ' <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for a motor vehicle repair service to operate on the <br />Subject Property. <br />2. That the Permittee is allowed one (1) non-resident employees unless otherwise permitted <br />by City Code. Notification must be given to. the City if the Permittee will utilize non- <br />resident employees. <br />3. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 1`0:00am — 5:00pm. <br />4. That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard eight hour business day or sixteen vehicle trips per 24 hour period and vehicular <br />traffic trips include deliveries, customer, and employee trips. <br />5. That under no circumstances can the Permittee lease the business portion of the <br />accessory structures located on the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside <br />on the Subject Property. <br />7 <br />
