He stated that it sounds like they are permitted,anywherein the City, <br />bu;tthey have a minimum 3 acre requirement. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt asked if they allow them fof commercial use. <br /> <br />, Commissioner Van Scay stated that it doesn't exclude anything. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt asked if they are for purposes of producing energy on the site. <br /> <br />.. Commissioner VanScoy stated that they talk about a maximum height of 100 feet without a <br />variance, so he thinks they wo1ild handle a minimum of one home. He stated that he can give <br />this information to staff. He stated that he didn't see any reference in here regarding noise, <br />unless he missed it.
