The Applicant expects trips from his <br />residence to vary from 3-15 trips per. day, 7 days a week, this number includes the number of trips made. <br />by employees picking up vehicles. Staff believes that this number appears to be low based on the use and <br />the submitted information. If a non-resident comes to pick up a vehicle for use, four trips are generated <br />from the site. City Code states that the subject property would be allowed 2.5 trips per standard 8 hour <br />business day and 20 vehicle trips within a 24 hour period since it is located along a County State Aid <br />Highway. <br />Recommendation: <br />City Staff recommends that the Applicant move the vehicle into a location that would not require a full <br />Home Occupation Permit..
