Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Van Scoy, Cleveland, <br />Dunaway, Hunt, Levine, and Rogers. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Levine, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to approve the following <br />minutes as presented: <br /> <br />1) Planning Commission public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated June 4, 2009 <br /> <br />Motion Carried. V oting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Levine, Hunt, Cleveland, <br />Dunaway, Rogers, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None.
