<br />Attachment C <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #09- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.22 (B-2 mGHW A Y BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT) AND 9.20.27 (11-1 mGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT) OF THE RAMSEY <br />CITY CODE.. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 9.20.22 (B-2 Highway Business District), Subd. 2.f., Subd. 3.b. ofthe Ramsey City Code <br />are hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />9.20.22 B-2 Highway Business District <br /> <br />Subd. 2.f. Motor vehicle, implement, and recreation equipment sales and service. <br />(Removed) <br /> <br />Subd.3. Conditional Uses Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 9.03.05 (Conditional <br />Uses) of this Chapter. <br /> <br />Subd. 3.a.
