Consider Drainage Resolutions fro Gorham's Sandy Acres - Council ratified the <br />recommendation of the Public Works Committee and determined to approach this <br />as an isolated concern and work with the resident by providing staff time and <br />information so that the neighbors can correct this on their own. <br />c. Consider Est!lblishing a Railroad Quiet Zone - Council ratified the <br />recommendation of the Public Works committee and directed staff to 1) Prepare <br />a notice of intent to create a new quiet zone for the two-mile segment from the <br />eastern City limits through the Ramsey Boulevard intersection; and 2) Draft a <br />letter requesting Anoka County to acknowledge and support the notice of intent; <br />and 3) Draft a letter requesting the City of Elk River to consider joining the <br />extension of the created zone. <br />d. Consider Request for Priority Streetlights in Ramsey Town Center Intersections <br />of Civic Center Drive with Rhinestone and Sapphire Streets - Council ratified the <br />recommendation of the Public Works Committee and directed staff to install a <br />light near the medical facility at the intersection of Civic Center Drive and <br />rhinestone for no cost from Connexus. <br />e. Consider Driveway Culvert Policy - Council ratified the recommendation of the <br />Public Works Committee and directed staff to prepare a driveway culvert policy <br />that requires proper owner maintenance and which does not include the hiring of <br />the City to provide maintenance services. <br /> <br />City Council!
