Consider Drainage Resolutions fro Gorham's Sandy Acres - Council ratified the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and determined to approach this as an isolated concern and work with the resident by providing staff time and information so that the neighbors can correct this on their own. c. Consider Est!lblishing a Railroad Quiet Zone - Council ratified the recommendation of the Public Works committee and directed staff to 1) Prepare a notice of intent to create a new quiet zone for the two-mile segment from the eastern City limits through the Ramsey Boulevard intersection; and 2) Draft a letter requesting Anoka County to acknowledge and support the notice of intent; and 3) Draft a letter requesting the City of Elk River to consider joining the extension of the created zone. d. Consider Request for Priority Streetlights in Ramsey Town Center Intersections of Civic Center Drive with Rhinestone and Sapphire Streets - Council ratified the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and directed staff to install a light near the medical facility at the intersection of Civic Center Drive and rhinestone for no cost from Connexus. e. Consider Driveway Culvert Policy - Council ratified the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and directed staff to prepare a driveway culvert policy that requires proper owner maintenance and which does not include the hiring of the City to provide maintenance services.
