This <br />proposal does not include any design work for possible DIRTT product on floor 1. <br /> <br />INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES <br /> <br />1. Project Development <br /> <br />1.1 Conduct project orientation meeting with Client and others to review project goals, budget, <br />timetable and building plans. Review Design Process. <br /> <br />1.2 Finalize time table with the Client and other consultants/contractors involved with <br />project. <br /> <br />1.3 <br /> <br />Meet with Client to confirm departmental work processes, quantity of employees and <br />special area requirements. <br /> <br />1.4 <br /> <br />Obtain necessary information regarding workstation needs and departmental interaction <br />to develop schematic block plans and develop workstation typicals. <br /> <br />1.5 <br /> <br />Inventory any existing furniture that may be utilized for project. <br /> <br />2. Schematic Design <br /> <br />2.1 <br /> <br />Field verify dimensions and any architectural elements (i.e.: HVAC, electrical, fire <br />extinguishers, etc.) that may interface with the furnishings layout. Field verification may <br />occur after furnishing orders are entered. Intereum Designer will note critical dimensions <br />on the HMI furniture plans and send to owner/architect. <br /> <br />Develop individual space block diagram.
