<br />Schedule A <br />Work Order Number 01 <br /> <br />Under this Work Order Number 01 dated August 11, 2009, Parsons Commercial Technology Group Inc. <br />(Parsons) agrees to perform the following Work for The City of Ramsey ("Client") in connection with: <br /> <br />Project Number (to be filled in upon approval of Council) <br />Remodel of spaces for Anoka License Bureau within the Ramsey Municipal Center ("Project") <br /> <br />under the terms and conditions of Master Agreement dated August 11, 2009. <br /> <br />The Work: <br /> <br />A. General description of the project in the Ramsey Municipal Center Building: <br /> <br />1. Provide remodeling for approximately 2,200 sq. ft. office lease space for Anoka County <br />License Bureau in the current occupied first floor City Finance and Community <br />Development Office Areas. <br />2. Remodel remaining first floor space in the above area to a large conference room space. <br />3. Relocate City Finance and Community Development to the second floor Administration, <br />and Engineering Department. Create two office spaces in the "future" office space on. <br />second floor. <br />4. City will contract directly with each contractor performing work. <br />5. Attached is the proposed layout of the spaces. The spaces will be further defined. <br />(Exhibit A) <br /> <br />B Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: <br />1. Provide project management services for estimating, scheduling, bidding, and <br />construction coordination of the above described work. <br />2. Provide architectural floor plan and finish schedule to match existing finishes in the <br />remodeled spaces. <br />3. Coordination with City representative for relocation of staff. <br />4. Coordination with City representative for system furniture. <br /> <br />C. Scope of Work Excludes: <br />1. System furniture design and coordination. <br />2. Mechanical and Electrical Drawings. <br />3. Building permit (to be paid by City). <br /> <br />Schedule: <br />Council Approval: August 11, 2009 <br />Project & Budget Development August 2009 thru October 2009 <br />Construction Contracts Approved October 2009 <br />Second Floor Remodel November 2009 thru December 2009 <br />
