<br />Motion by Commissioner Look, seconded by Commissioner Elvig, to Authorize an Application <br />to Anoka County for Abatement of Special Assessments on Ramsey Town Center Foreclosed <br />Parcels. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Chairperson Dehen and Commissioners Look, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />McGlone and Ramsey. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Wise. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted that this item will be on the Consent Agenda tonight at the <br />Regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER INPUT <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig asked what had happened with the potential sale of the land from the cases <br />removed tonight. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that he has heard that the potential purchaser had purchased <br />another site and was not interested in pursuing this property. He stated that he has also heard <br />that they were purchasing the Foster property on Highway 47. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig stated that he would like to follow up and see if the City could find out <br />what exactly happened. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Miller stated that she thinks it may be that they had too many <br />other projects currently in the works. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Elvig, seconded by Commissioner Ramsey, to close the regular <br />meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority adjourned at 6:14 p.m. <br /> <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority I June 9, 2009 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
