CONCLUSION <br />Good zoning for small wind is important, achievable, and good public <br />policy. <br />Planners and zoning officials are in a unique and powerful position to help <br />renewable energy and those who rely on it. Of all the challenges consumers <br />and the industry face to deliver the benefits of clean, on-site power generation, <br />the permitting process can be the most severe.
