PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER EXECUTION OF BUSINESS <br />SUBSIDY AGREEMENT WITH SOPHIA RAMSEY, LLC <br />By: Sean M. Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Background: <br />CASE # <br />Staff has been in negotiations with Sophia Ramsey, LLC to locate a sit-down restaurant in <br />Northstar Marketplace. The negotiations between the City have included providing financial <br />assistance to help mitigate the costs of SAC and WAC charges for the development. The <br />proposed site plan and final figures are still being gathered and will be available for the <br />September 8th City Council meeting.
