CASE # <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />PART OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK 3' ADDITION <br />By: , Sean M. Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Background: <br />The City has negotiated a Development Agreement with QDP & JBT Alliance, LLC. As a part of <br />the transaction, the city is to convey title to part of Lot 3, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park <br />Third Addition. The property is in the process of being subdivided into a Registered Land Survey. <br />The properly to be conveyed is Torrens property and a resolution authorizing its sale is necessary to <br />complete the sale. <br />Funding Source: N/A <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends adoption of the proposed Resolution. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution No. 09-_ which is an resolution authorizing the sale of.- <br />Metes <br />f: <br />Metes and Bounds Description for Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. XXX — Proposed RLS <br />at Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />That part of Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying southerly and easterly of the following described line and its <br />extensions: <br />Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 3; thence on an assumed bearing of <br />North 00 degrees 42 minutes 58 seconds West, along the west line of said Lot 3, a <br />distance of 169.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North <br />89 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 112.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees <br />42 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 6 1. 00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes <br />02 seconds East a distance of 129.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 42 minutes 58 <br />seconds West a distance of 32.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds <br />East a distance of 147.45 feet to the easterly line of said Lot 3 and said described line <br />there terminating. <br />Attachments: <br />Site Location Map <br />Resolution 09 - <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator t (JY <br />Deputy City Administrat r Dir Ftor of Community Development <br />CC:8.25.09 <br />
