Council member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 09 -08 - RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF Metes and Bounds Description for Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. XXX — Proposed RLS at Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. That part of Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly and easterly of the following described line and its extensions: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 3; thence on an assumed bearing of North 00 degrees 42 minutes 58 seconds West, along the west line of said Lot 3, a distance of 169.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 112.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 42 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 61.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 129.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 42 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 32.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 147.45 feet to the easterly line of said Lot 3 and said described line there terminating. WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF Agreement") with QDP & JBT ALLIANCE, LLC, on AUGUST 25,2009; WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement is the land to be conveyed to QDP & JBT ALLIANCE, LLC and which property is legally described as: Metes and Bounds Description for Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. XXX — Proposed RLS at Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota.
