Council member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -08 - <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF Metes and Bounds Description for Tract A, <br />Registered Land Survey No. XXX — Proposed RLS at Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />That part of Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying southerly and easterly of the following described line and its <br />extensions: <br />Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 3; thence on an assumed bearing of <br />North 00 degrees 42 minutes 58 seconds West, along the west line of said Lot 3, a <br />distance of 169.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North <br />89 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 112.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees <br />42 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 61.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes <br />02 seconds East a distance of 129.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 42 minutes 58 <br />seconds West a distance of 32.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds <br />East a distance of 147.45 feet to the easterly line of said Lot 3 and said described line <br />there terminating. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with QDP & JBT ALLIANCE, LLC, on AUGUST 25,2009; <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement is the land to be conveyed to <br />QDP & JBT ALLIANCE, LLC and which property is legally described as: <br />Metes and Bounds Description for Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. XXX — Proposed RLS <br />at Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />That partofLot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying southerly and easterly of the following described line and its <br />extensions: <br />Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 3; thence on an assumed bearing of <br />North 00 degrees 42 minutes 58 seconds West, along the west line of said Lot 3, a <br />distance of 169.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North <br />89 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of 112.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees <br />42 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 61.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes <br />02 seconds East a distance of 129.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 42 minutes 58 <br />seconds West a distance of 32.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds <br />East a distance of 147.45 feet to the easterly line of said Lot 3 and said described line <br />there terminating. <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated as of August 25, 2009. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota as follows: <br />
