Furthermore, it would seem <br />that this type of use would be incompatible with this type of land use in the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Recommendation: <br />The Planning Commission met on August 6, 2009 to hold a public hearing and recommended approval of <br />the request with changes outlined in the draft Home Occupation Permit, contingent upon review of the <br />City's Building Official, Fire Inspector, and City Attorney.
