PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, July 9, 2009, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present; Chairperson Michael Nixt <br />Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Commissioner Andrew Dunaway <br />Commissioner Ralph Hunt <br />Commissioner Gary Levine <br />Commissioner Bryan Rogers <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: Planning Manager Amber Miller <br />Associate Planner Tim Gladhill <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy, to approve the agenda with <br />Case # 1 being presented after Case #4. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Van Scoy, Cleveland, <br />Dunaway, Hunt, Levine, and Rogers. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Motion by Commissioner Levine, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to approve the following <br />minutes as presented: <br />1) Planning Commission public. hearing and regular meeting minutes dated June 4, 2009 <br />Motion Carried.
