Case #3: Staff Update <br />The Staff Update was noted. <br />Case 94: Zoning Bulletin <br />The Zoning Bulletin was noted. <br />Case 91: Appointment of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the Year 2009 <br />Chairperson Nixt gave his resignation effective immediately. <br />Commissioners recognized and thanked Chairperson Nixt for his expertise and service. <br />Motion by Commissioner Cleveland, seconded by Commissioner Rogers to appoint <br />Commissioner Levine as chairperson of the Planning Commission for 2009. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners, Cleveland, Rogers, Hunt, <br />Dunaway, Levine, and Van Scoy Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />Motion by Commissioner Cleveland, seconded by Commissioner Dunaway to appoint <br />Commissioner Van Scoy as vice chairperson of the Planning Commission for 2009. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners, Cleveland, Dunaway, Hunt; <br />Levine, Rogers, and Van Scoy Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />Chairperson Nixt gave some final remarks on his experience as a Planning Commissioner. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Levine, seconded by Chairperson Nixt, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion Carried.
