Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #09-08- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT TO OPERATE A TOW AND RECOVERY BUSINESS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 16450 NOWTHEN BOULEVARD NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #09 -08 -_adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the home occupation permit. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On August 25, 2009, a home occupation permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Scott and Colleen M. Grams ("Permittee") to operate a tow and recovery service located on the property generally known as 16450 Nowthen Boulevard NW and legally described as follows: That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter, thence north along the east line thereof a distance 141.76 feet; thence east parallel with the north line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 310.02. (the "Subject Property") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. That this resolution shall allow for a tow and recovery business to operate on the Subject Property. 2. That the Permittee is allowed one (1) non-resident employee on the Subject Property unless otherwise permitted by City Code. Notification must be given to the City if the Permittee will utilize non-resident employees. 3. That the established business hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 4. That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed 2.5 trips per hour per standard eight hour business day or twenty vehicle trips per 24 hour period and vehicular traffic trips include deliveries, customer, and employee trips.
