The business <br />operation would occur between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. They are not <br />open on weekends. <br />City Code stipulates that a home occupation permit will not be permitted if the density and lot sizes in the <br />surrounding neighborhood are determined to be incompatible with the proposed business operation. It is <br />staff's opinion that the nature of proposed business operation and the size of the subject property and <br />surrounding properties make the operation compatible with the surrounding residential neighborhood. <br />Across the Street and further down a number of the properties are more industrial or commercial in <br />nature. This property is already significantly screened on three sides.
