Attachment D <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A SEPTIC REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE. AND GENERAL <br />EXCAVATION BUSINESS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 16341 JARVIS <br />STREET NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution # adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the home occupation permit. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />On August 25, 2009 a home occupation permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to David and Jean Hauan ("Permitee") to operate a septic repair and maintenance and <br />general excavation business located on the property generally known as 16341 Jarvis Street NW <br />and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Weaver Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to easement of <br />record. <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for a septic. repair and maintenance and general <br />excavation business to operate on the Subject Property. <br />2. That the Permittee is allowed three (3) non-resident employees unless otherwise <br />permitted by City Code. Notification must be given to the City if the Permittee will <br />utilize non-resident employees. <br />3. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am — 5:00pm. <br />4. That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard eight hour business day or sixteen vehicle trips per 24 hour period and vehicular <br />traffic trips include deliveries, customer, and employee trips. <br />5. That under no circumstances can the Permittee lease the business portion of the <br />accessory structures located on the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not <br />reside on the Subject Property. <br />
