City Admin./Dir. of Community Development Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works Brian Olson <br />Paul Donna, Northland Securities <br />Rusty Fifield, Northland Securities <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Look called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 7:56 <br />a.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig and seconded by Councilmember Wise to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried. All present voted in favor. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS: <br />Case 91: Consider Proposal for Strategic Financial Planning Services <br />Finance Officer Lund introduced Paul Donna and Rusty Fifield from Northland <br />Securities. <br />Mr. Donna stated they are ,presenting a proposal for strategic financial planning services <br />based on input from meetings with staff. <br />Finance Committee — August 11, 2009 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />
