Attachment A <br />ORDINANCE #09 - <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.22 (B-2 HIGHWAY BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT) AND 9.20.27 (H-1 HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT) OF THE RAMSEY <br />CITY CODE. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2 AMENDMENT <br />Section 9.20.22 (B-2 Highway Business District), Subd. 2.£, Subd. 3.b. of the Ramsey City Code <br />are hereby amended as follows: <br />9.20.22. B-2 Highway Business District <br />Subd. 21 Motor vehicle, implement, and recreation equipment sales and service. <br />(Removed) <br />Subd. 3. Conditional Uses Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 9.03.05 (Conditional <br />Uses) of this Chapter. <br />Subd. 3.a. Outdoor commercial recreation <br />Subd. 3.b.
