Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Rogers, to direct City Staff to <br />forward the proposed ordinance amendment for Section 9.20.22 and 9.20.27 of City Code to City <br />Council for adoption. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners, Van Scoy, Rogers, <br />Cleveland, Dunaway, and Hunt. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />
