allows the City Council to approve an overage in height to 100 feet for Small -Scale WECS if the <br />.Applicant can prove that existing conditions require a taller WECS. <br />The proposed ordinance also includes a clause that. gives the City Council the authority to deny an <br />application if the architectural design of the system is incompatible with the surrounding area.
