When I approached the <br />City about this project at the time, city officials requested that I set aside land for the <br />Realignment Project as a condition for Site Plan Approval. I designed Ramsey Commons <br />taking into account the Realignment Project and the City's intent on acquiring the land <br />they needed. <br /> <br />Since that time, I've accommodated all requests from the City to keep this land available <br />for the City's acquisition. Now that I'm starting construction on Ramsey Commons, I'm <br />told that the City is no longer interested in this parcel. This is despite the over 50 emails <br />between me and City and County officials since March of 2006 intending to do otherwise. <br /> <br />Therefore, I am requesting that the City proceed with its planned acquisition of my parcel. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br />Steve Young <br />Arbor Commercial Group, LLC <br />
