Nelson <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Associate Planner Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer . <br />Assistant City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Economic Development Coordinator Sean Sullivan <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Randy Backous, 14148 Argon Street NW, stated that he is here representing the North Metro <br />Soccer Association. He expressed his thanks for those involved in making their recent <br />tournament a success. <br /> <br />Bill Casey, President of Northern Lights Soccer, reviewed the history of their group for the last <br />year or so and thanked the City for its support in the past. <br /> <br />Councilmember Wise left the Council Chambers at 7:11 p.m. <br /> <br />P28 <br /> <br />City Council!
