<br />10. That the Applicants currently reside at 8630 10th Ave So., in Bloomington, :MN and wish to <br />purchase the Subject Property. <br /> <br />11. That the Applicants are proposing to maintain four (4) dogs on the Subject Property <br />including one (1) 55 pound lablbeagle, three (3) Chihuahuas ranging from seven to 15 <br />pounds. <br /> <br />12. That the Applicant, Jamie Topero, is a veterinarian technician. <br /> <br />13. That the Applicants have submitted vaccination certificates for all four dogs, herein attached <br />as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use willlwill not adversely impact traffic in the area. . <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use willlwill not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />1.6. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />m~ket value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />.17. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed use will/wilInot be served adequately by public facilities and services such <br />as highways and streets. <br /> <br />19.
