<br />5. That no dog under the ownership of the Permittee shall be allowed to run at large, and at all <br />times the dogs shall be physically controlled by a permanent confinement area or on a leash. <br /> <br />6. That this Permit shall not give the Permittee authority or permission to conduct commercial <br />kennel activities on the Subject Property; including but riot limited to breeding, selling <br />training, grooming or boarding. <br /> <br />7. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />8.
