Miller, Planning Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Ramsey Town Center Steering Committee was established in July 2009 to provide guidance <br />and direction to the City Council, HRA, and EDA for the development of land acquired by the <br />City in Ramsey Town Center.
