<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2009, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Associate Planner Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Assistant City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Economic Development Coordinator Sean Sullivan <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Randy Backous, 14148 Argon Street NW, stated that he is here representing the North Metro <br />Soccer Association. He expressed his thanks for those involved in making their recent <br />tournament a success. <br /> <br />Bill Casey, President of Northern Lights Soccer, reviewed the history of their group for the last <br />year or so and thanked the City for its support in the past. <br /> <br />Councilmember Wise left the Council Chambers at 7: 11 p.m. <br /> <br />City Council / August 11, 2009 <br />Page 2 of 11 <br />
