The focus of the <br />project has shifted from the 167th commercial node to a multi-tenant building Owned by <br />Dennis Sharp in AEC Energy Park. <br /> <br />JBT & QDP Alliance, LLC. - The Ramsey City Council approved an assistance package <br />of $250,000 to support the 20,630 manufacturing project in Sunfish Lake Business Park <br />Third Addition. The two companies are committing to 11 jobs paying at least $16. OO/hr <br />over a 2.5 year period. <br /> <br />Production Design Products - Nothing new to report. <br /> <br />Business Grand Openine:s: None scheduled but should keep Acapulco and JBT & QDP <br />Alliance on watch. <br /> <br />\ <br />Business Communication Initiatives: Staff has received a commitment from Dan McElroy of <br />DEED to speak at the Business Network Meeting on October 6th. See Case #2. <br /> <br />Community Revitalization Projects <br /> <br />5175 142nd Avenue NW: Staff is continuing to market this property. <br /> <br />14050 Basalt Street: Staff is continuing to market this property. <br /> <br />6590 141 5t Avenue: Staff is continuing to market this property. <br /> <br />14105 Azurite Street: Tag Machine project is complete and they are now occupying the building. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Town Center: City Staff is monitoring the Veteran Administration site that will have an RFP <br />posted for a project to be constructed in the NW Metropolitan Area. Staff anticipates that the <br />Town Center would be a desirable location for the clinic. <br /> <br />25 <br />
