<br />t <br /> <br />Attachment E <br /> <br />Aug 2nd, 2009 <br /> <br />To: ~he City of Ramsey, Board of Adjustment <br /> <br />Re: Home Occupation PermitIMark Lofgren. <br /> <br />Board; <br />In the matter pertaining to MarkLofgren's permit; I am totally in favor of private <br />enterprise, and did not have a big problem with the property being used <br />commercially at the Mark Lofgren residence until now. But now that it has been <br />challenged and may become a legal operation, I must voice an objection to the area <br />becoming commercial for the following reasons; <br />1. There can be no assurance going forward that this operation will expand, <br />deteriorate, or otherwise change for the worse. The objectionable items and <br />unkempt area are all ready in the front yard in full view of all, and have <br />become a permanent scene for all in the neighborhood. <br />2.
