<br />Attachment G <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO MARK LOFGREN AT 16705 GERMANIUM ST NW (PERMITTEE) TO OPERATE <br />A GENERAL CONTRACTOR BUSINESS ON A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mark Lofgren (Permittee) has properly applied for a Home Occupation <br />Permit (Permit), as outlined in Sections 9.11.04 (Home Occupations) and 9.03.05 (Conditional <br />Use Permits), to operate a general contractor business on the residential property generally <br />known as 16705 Germanium St NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 2, White Pine Estates; Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on August 6, <br />2009 pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code and recommended that the City <br />Council deny the request for the Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact # a home occupation permit to operate a general <br />contractor business on the Subject Property is hereby denied. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 8th day <br />of September, 2009. <br />
