I will be <br />using the bay for our 14 passenger shuttle style bus and office space in. th.e course of our <br />. saf-e and sober transportation business. I am proposing to lease, in addition to the drive~in <br />bay, the adjacent office space consisting of approximately 160 sq ft. (10'x.l6') with an <br />exterior door access. I would like to propose a 6 month lease beginning on October 1 st, <br />2009 with a renewal option for an additional 6 months. At the conclusion of the 12 <br />months I would then propose a 12 m.onth lease. I am proposing a: pre-paid 6 month lease <br />of $750 (inel. CAM, taxes, utilities) or $125 per month. Should this lease be acceptable, <br />i would ask the 18lJdlord to install an automatic door opener with all other costs (chang<:r <br />of locks etc.) to be cOvered by us. . <br /> <br />My wife and I have been residents of Ramsey for 12 years and very active within the <br />community in many capacities. Our company is called rideSafe, a group transportation <br />company catering to individuals and groups whodc)J1't want the ri.sks associated with <br />drinking and driving. Our mission is to provide a safe and sober transportation option for <br />individuals and groups in a county whjch has been consistently ranked the 3 rd deadliest <br />county for alcohol related fatalities/crashes. We serve indivi4ua1s as well as businesses <br />as we are also an outlet for over 12 bars and restaurants in Ramsey and contiguous cities. <br /> <br />This lease arrangement would not only be a good fit for our business but would. also <br />enhance our relationship with Youth First as we currently donate one of our vehicles to <br />them on an as needed basis.
