<br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-09-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2009, PAYABLE 2010, EDA TAX LEVY <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the following proposed levy for certified 2009, payable 2010, be levied upon the <br />taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the <br />following purposes: <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED EDA LEVY <br /> <br />$ 291,705 <br /> <br />TOTAL PROPOSED LEVIES <br /> <br />$ 291.705 <br /> <br />2) That the City Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka <br />County Auditor's Office on or before Tuesday, September 15,2009. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 8th day of September, 2009. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
