<br />Staff is recommending that the public meeting be held at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />December 8, 2009, with adoption of the 2010 General Fund Budget and levy to immediately <br />follow. <br /> <br />The public meeting date must be certified to Anoka County by Tuesday, September 15, 2009; <br />therefore, the City Council must make a decision as to the date selected for the 2010 public <br />meeting at tonights meeting. <br /> <br />Funding Source: <br /> <br />None required. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends Council approval of the City of Ramsey's payable 2010 proposed tax levy in <br />the amount of $8,585,678 and to schedule the City of Ramsey's budget/levy public meeting on <br />Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend Council adopt Resolution #09-09.;.XXX Approving the Proposed 2009, <br />Payable 2010, Tax Levy. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: P /' ~ .. n <br />City Administrator: /~b ~ <br />Finance Officer <br /> <br />CC: 09/8/09 <br />
