Complete the design of the facility. <br />.. Review and coordinate with the various design disciplines and City staff. <br />.. Prepare drawings and specifications necessary for the City to competitively bid the <br />construction of this facility and meet Federal~Aid standards <br />.. Prepare a CD level probable cost of construction. <br /> <br />Bidding/ Construction Administration: <br />.. Not included in this proposal - will be provided upon request when City is prepared <br />to Bid and Construct the improvements. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />LSA Design will contract directly with the owner for professional services and request <br />that the basis of our contract be "AlA B141~1997 Standard Form of Agreement between <br />Owner and Architect". LSA Design Inc. will select sub-consultants in consultation with <br />City of Ramsey staff to insure a mutually compatible design team. LSA Design Inc. will <br />provide the professional services on a lump sum basis as follows: <br /> <br />. MnDOT and CMAQ Submittals <br />. SD/Design Development <br />. Construction Documents <br />. Construction Administration <br />.' Reimbursable Estimate <br />.
