Rate table is available upon request. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICE Vision Effort - Additional Feedback <br /> <br />ESTIMATED ADDITIONAL FEE <br /> <br />$4,000.00 <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />The original base contract outlined a single stakeholders workshop to solicit feedback in <br />relation to establishing a project vision for the Ramsey Town Center. After work with staff <br />and the steering committee we initiated five (5) individual meetings with current property <br />owners, a "Key Residents" workshop (1). and a Community Open House (1) to adequately <br />collect feedback from project stakeholders. We have also been requested to initiate <br />individual feedback meetings with up to 12 additional key businesses within the City of <br />Ramsey "Captains of Industry". Time for this additional effort will be included in the base <br />contract billing, so this ASA would increase the max hourly contract from $23,000 to <br />$27,000. <br /> <br />The forgoing .services will be performed on an hourly basis with an estimate of total fees as indicated. <br />Reimbursable Expenses, including but not limited to Mileage, Plotting, Printing, Scanning, and Subconsultants <br />are not included in the fees above and will be billed as a reimbursable expense at 1.15 times cost.
