Associate Planner Gladhill
stated two and one half acre lots. There are also provisions for smaller lots with a 1000 foot
setback if it is determined shadow flicker or noise are not going to impact that residential parcel.

Discussion ensued regarding the electrical standards, and co-location of antennas. Electrical
standards are set by State Statue and the State inspector would handle all inspections.
Telecommunications antennas that co-locate can not interfere with public safety communications
and that should be clarified in the ordinance. It was also requested that these items be referenced
in the ordinance for historical purposes.

Planning Commission/August 6, 2009
